Shipping Policy

We ship nationwide across Bangladesh via trusted courier partners. Please read this policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing an order with ByteHub.

1. Dispatch Time

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders: dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation.
• Bank transfer / online payment orders: dispatched within 1 business day of payment verification (usually same day if verified before 3:00 PM).
• Business days are Sunday–Thursday, excluding public holidays.

2. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days after dispatch.
• Outside Dhaka (divisional cities): 2–3 business days after dispatch.
• Remote upazila / rural areas: 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are indicative; heavy weather, political events, and courier backlogs may cause delays outside our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address:

• Inside Dhaka: BDT 60 (indicative — final rate shown at checkout)
• Outside Dhaka: BDT 120 (indicative — final rate shown at checkout)
• Heavy / oversized items (UPS, racks, large routers) may incur additional charges — you will be notified before dispatch.

Free shipping promotions, when active, will be announced on the homepage and applied automatically at checkout.

4. Courier Partners

We work with leading national couriers including Sundarban Courier, SA Paribahan, RedX, Steadfast, and Paperfly. The specific courier used depends on your address and item size. Your dispatch email will include the courier name and tracking details.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Available nationwide for most products.
• Pay the exact order total in cash directly to the courier at delivery.
• Please have the correct change ready; couriers may not carry change.
• COD is not available for high-value items (over BDT 50,000) or items flagged as pre-order; a partial bank-transfer deposit will be requested.

6. Bank Transfer

• After placing your order, you will receive bank account details by email.
• Upload a screenshot or PDF of the deposit slip on the order confirmation page.
• Our team verifies payment within 24 hours (typically much faster during business hours).
• Your order ships once payment is verified.

7. Order Tracking

You can track your order in two ways:

• Via the order confirmation link in your email.
• By logging into your ByteHub account and visiting My Orders.

Once dispatched, you will receive the courier's tracking number by email and SMS.

8. Failed Delivery

If the courier cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-shipment fee may apply if the original delivery was missed due to an incorrect address or non-response.

9. Damaged or Incorrect Parcels

Please inspect the parcel before accepting delivery. If it looks visibly damaged, refuse it at the door and contact us immediately at support@bytehub.bd. For items found damaged after opening, see the Returns & Refunds Policy.
